Situated on the edge of a small village with long views all around, this house could be separated into three very easily – and all three would be absolutely superb! Cette demeure est situé aux abords d’un village avec une splendide vue sur la vallée. Cette propriété peut facilement être divisé en 3 maisons sans souci et elles seront splendides. Nous entrons par un large hall d’entrée avec un grand escalier. A gauche, il y a une grande cuisine avec salle à manger de 24 m2 avec des ouvertures fenêtres de chaque côté, une cheminée en pierre avec barbecue et poutres apparentes, la cuisine est aménagée et possède un sol carrelé de très grande qualité. A droite de l’entrée, nous trouvons un grand salon de 24m2 aussi avec des portes-fenêtres avec accès au jardin et une grande cheminée. Nous empruntons l’escalier en chêne avec une fenêtre permettant d’observer la vue, nous arrivons sur le palier avec un sol en parquet. A gauche, il y a un wc et en face vous avez 2 chambres chacune de 18m2 très lumineuse et avec une splendide vue. Nous avons une troisième chambre plus petite (12m2) avec une vue à travers la campagne, un coin blanchisserie, et une nouvelle grande salle de bain de très bonne qualité. Au bout du couloir, nous découvrons une grande cuisine aménagée avec porte donnant sur le jardin et de l’autre côté sur une partie jardin un peu plus privé avec une pergola et une mare. Il y a aussi un wc séparé et une large chambre avec accès jardin et une grande suite avec salle d’eau. Cette demeure est superbement bien aménagée à une hauteur idéale pour des personnes handicapées. A l’étage, nous voyons un grand palier qui dessert une chambre double avec poutres apparentes, un grand velux et un accès à une terrasse avec vue sur les 3 côtés de la demeure et un escalier qui nous entraîne vers le jardin, tout à fait remarquable. De retour sur le palier, nous avons une autre salle de bain et accès à une grande pièce qui est au-dessus du salon.
