Continuing up the stairs we come to lovely bedroom built into the attic with a big dormer window with fantastic views, and exposed beams, there is a small bathroom up here with sink and loo. This is a top quality renovation, the courtyard is a delight, the position is perfect – a real dream home.

Cette propriété est proche de toutes les commodités de la petite ville, c'est-à-dire restaurant, pharmacie, médecin, cinéma, supérette… et proche de la rivière puisqu’elle se situe à 50 mètres juste devant la maison. Juste devant la maison, nous trouvons une petite cour très fleurie qui sert de terrasse avec un coin cuisine barbecue et avec une splendide vue sur la rivière. La maison possède 2 entrées, le rez de chaussée est divisé entre une cuisine aménagée et un coin salle à manger avec un sol tout récent avec poutres apparentes et une superbe cheminée. C’est vraisemblablement une magnifique pièce avec accès à la terrasse. Nous empruntons l’ancien escalier en chêne et nous arrivons sur un grand palier avec à sa droite une nouvelle salle de bain et à sa gauche une porte donnant accès au balcon avec vue sur la rivière. Au bout du palier, nous avons une pièce de vie avec une grande cheminée en pierre, l’air conditionné y est installé et nous avons encore une fois accès au balcon. C’est une pièce très agréable car elle nous permet de prendre son petit-déjeuner en face de la rivière, vraiment splendide. Nous arrivons maintenant au second étage, où nous découvrons une chambre avec un grand velux avec poutres apparentes et il y a une chambre plus petite avec wc et évier. Cette rénovation est de très bonne qualité, la cour est très lumineuse et la position de la demeure est idéale.
