Unlike many French Property Agents, Maisons Rurales is an independent, fully registered agence immobilier  -  not an English based 'shop window' showcasing other agent's properties, and accepting commission which the buyer is unwittingly paying. All the properties we offer are fully mandated, the price shown is the maximum you will have to pay, any negotiation will be for your benefit, not the agents'.

 

Being locally based, when a property is bought through us, you know we will still be here for you several years down the line, again, unlike other agencies who change their staff with frightening regularity, you'll find that the members of staff you deal with today are the same as they were at the agency's inception, nearly 10 years ago. You can be confident this will continue to be the case - we are not going anywhere (the owner of the agency is on  the board of the Credit Mutuel bank and is standing in the local elections - busy lady!).
